About Cathy Carchedi, Realtor
 Cathy is in her 19th year of her real estate career and has been with ERA Muske Company for the past 17 years. She has consistently been the top producing agent in the North Branch office since its opening 13 years ago and is also considered to be the areas top selling agent. She has her G.R.I. designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and C.R.S. designation (Certified Residential Specialist). She also attends appropriate workshops and seminars on a regular basis to keep her knowledge fresh in all areas of residential real estate. Cathy is a member of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors and was elected to serve on the board of directors for three years. Cathy is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce and stays active in her community. She supports the local food shelf, Family Pathways and the Youth Service Bureau. She is currently serving as the chairperson for the Trustees Committee at her church.
